Tue, 19 Jun 2012 21:10:20 GMT

I have HP Officejet 7500A Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer - E910a, installed on Windows 7 64 bit; I am not getting an error message just can't get it to print via wifi. It was working fine then in the past 2 weeks I have been having problems. There have been no changes made.  It receives the info but just sits there as if it's going to print then after a minute or two it prints half the page. Has anyone experienced this same problem?

I was using the HP F2400 all-in-one copier.  I just upgraded to the HP OfficeJet 6600/6700 all-in-one.  I want to upgrade the HP Solution Center or install another Solution Center for my new copier.  How can I make this happen.  My operating system is Windows 7.  To me the Solution Center is the best way to find/track all documents, scans, pictures and everything else.  Please help.

Wireless connection on B209a
Tue, 19 Jun 2012 16:33:08 GMT

I cannot get my printer to set up wirelessly.  I did not have wireless when I first got the printer, and didn't really need to set it up until now.  I've tried setting it up with "simple push button" and with PIN.  Either way I switched the thing I did first (push button/register pin or "start" on the control panel.)  Nothing worked.  I get an error every time.  There's probably something simple that's not turned on, or something's on that shouldn't be, but I cannot figure it out.  It's getting very frustrating!
How do I change email address associated with eras on my Envy 110
Tue, 19 Jun 2012 15:49:29 GMT

I set up Efax on my Envy 110 last night and sent a fax. I could not receive the returned fax and I believe it is because I used my own personal email address instead of the one associated with the Envy. I need to know how to change that address.
[OSX 10.7] loosing bonjour connection Officejet Pro 6500
Tue, 19 Jun 2012 07:59:36 GMT

I have an Officejet Pro 6500 and can't get the printer to work flawlessly. This is the problem: After installed the printer successfully everything works fine, but after a few minutes (mostly around 10 - 15 minutes). OSX cannot find the printer anymore trough bonjour. The only solution is to shutdown the printer and putting it back on. But when it's on for a while, the connection is lost again. What did I try without any luck: Changed the Wifi channel to a more clean channel for a more stable connection.I gave the printer a static IP, added the printer by IP instead of bonjour, no problem anymore, but then scan to pc is not working when the bonjour connection is lost, so this is not an option!I removed the printer completely from OSX and reinstalled everythingAll firmware / drivers are the most recentTried with a network cable in the router instead of using Wifi  What did I discover: I ran a ping to the ip address of the printer, and noticed the connection wasn't very stable (even when the printer is allmost on top of the router)When the connection to the printer is lost for a second or two (due to wifi dropping the connection) I notice the OSX can't find the printer anymore through bonjour, I cannot open the webpage of the printer also (http://HPxxxxx.local.) but I still can open the webppage trough IP (http://192.168.x.x) when shutting down the printer and putting it on again, I can connect to the bonjour address again and OSX can find the printer again.  Does anyone have a solution for this problem or is it the crappy bonjour support of this printer ? Is it possible the problem points to the wifi router/modem ? I allready bought a new router and will test this tommorow. Please let me know if anyone had this problem and how it was fixed. Thanks!
